Burton Center offers a wide range of benefits through PEBA to all eligible employees after their first month of employment! Benefits eligibility is dependent upon employee classification.
EAP
Our Employee Assistance Program provided through Cornerstone, provides up to 10 counseling sessions per year to staff and their family! This benefit provides support for mental health and many other reasons.

We offer two plans for you to choose from based on your needs! Both offer free:

Dental
Burton Center offers a free Basic Dental plan and an additional Dental Plus optional plan. Dental Plus includes two free cleanings each year and pays any remainder not covered by Basic Dental towards eligible service.

SC Retirement System
SCRS provides a fixed monthly benefit based on a formula that includes your average final compensation, years of service credit and a benefit multiplier, not on your account balance at retirement. Burton Center contributes 18.56% towards the retirement funding system.
